Upper Body Workout
A combination of upper body pulling and pushing using bodyweight, resistance, and weights.
I specifically isolate abs during workouts. This would be done after warm up and before a full body workout. But can be done in addition to any workout.
Lower Body Workout
A combination of stability, mobility, plyometric, and loaded work. Since our legs carry us every day, it takes a lot more load and plyometric training for our legs to feel worked.
