The When

Why wait? You are only prolonging your results every day you set yourself back. Usually during assessments, prospective clients will say they want to lose X amount of pounds or get lean for a special occasion or by summer. To get there realistically and healthily, they would need to get started right away to lose 1-2 percent body fat per month. Yet more often than not, they trust that they can do it on their own, and more often than not, that is not the right decision. How has what you've been doing for your own fitness levels going so far? If it was going the way you wanted it to, you wouldn't be here.

Imagine competing in a sport or learning an instrument without a teacher. Possible? Yes. Difficult? Yes. Some people can, and some people need an accountability buddy. I, myself, need someone telling me what to do to get the most out of my workouts.
