It is my mission to help former female athletes believe in themselves again, gain confidence, improve their relationship with food, increase their chances of success, build strength, and burn fat all through gymnastics-based conditioning and mindset coaching.

challenge what you master.

keep or relearn your skills.

Probably the most difficult aspect to a healthy lifestyle in today's society. Social events are centered around food and drinks. How do you "eat healthy" when you go out to eat two to three times a week? Single and dating? Significant other has a break from work? Always go-go-going from place to place? Travel constantly? These are some of the lifestyle struggles I hear most often from clients. Each individual is different with how they metabolize and absorb food, so if you are looking for an specialized individual meal plan, please work with a Registered Dietician. If you are looking for a starting point or basic guidelines, please read on.

The Why

I believe functional movement is more important than solely aesthetics in the long run. I aspire to train highly motivated individuals who want to feel good, look good, and continue to stay active and healthy for the rest of their lives. I want to help these people well into middle age and beyond. My goal is to inspire and motivate people to become healthier and increase their energy levels through calisthenics and gymnastics-based conditioning. When you invest in yourself, you deserve to work with someone who is equally invested. However, I need dedicated clients. If you are not committed, then your results will not show. If you do not do the work, nothing will change. If nothing changes, you don't grow. And if you don't grow, you end up in a cyclical pit. Start transforming your life today and become the person you've always wanted to be with the help of others.

The fun part! Learn how the body works while you work out so you can get the most out of each exercise. I structure my training with a foundation built on gymnastics conditioning. We do drills to gain a skill and eventually skills become drills. Learn the basics of bodyweight training, how to stay in your target heart rate zone, increase your active calories burned per day, build muscle while burning fat, and build your strength and confidence! No one said it would be easy, but all you have to do is take the first step and go from there. Tap the button below to get a feel for my personal training style.

The When

Why wait? You are only prolonging your results every day you set yourself back. Usually during assessments, prospective clients will say they want to lose X amount of pounds or get lean for a special occasion or by summer. To get there realistically and healthily, they would need to get started right away to lose 1-2 percent body fat per month. Yet more often than not, they trust that they can do it on their own, and more often than not, that is not the right decision. How has what you've been doing for your own fitness levels going so far? If it was going the way you wanted it to, you wouldn't be here.

Imagine competing in a sport or learning an instrument without a teacher. Possible? Yes. Difficult? Yes. Some people can, and some people need an accountability buddy. I, myself, need someone telling me what to do to get the most out of my workouts. Become part of a massive online support community with other like-minded individuals to motivate, inspire, and keep you accountable.

If you are lacking mobility, more often than not, you will compensate to complete a movement that is too challenging which could lead to potential injury. Increasing your flexibility will allow you to get deeper into your exercises to train the full range of motion, decrease tightness and pain, and limit compensations. You do not need to be hyper-mobile, however, if you would like to train flexibility more often, please feel free to do so. I do recommend stretching or doing a cool down after every workout.
